Why don't I see my company's discounted pricing?

If your account is set up correctly, you should automatically see your company's discounted pricing when placing an order. If the pricing you see is not correct, please contact our customer service at 888-316-8897 (M-F 8:30am - 5pm CST) or contact@imotophoto.com. We may have to make a change to your account.

If the pricing doesn't seem to be correct but you are in a rush to get your shoot scheduled, feel free to still place the order with the incorrect pricing and reach out to us to get the pricing updated. We don't charge your card until the day after the shoot, so we will make sure that your pricing is correct before the card gets charged.
