How to order IMOTO Facebook Marketing

You can order Facebook Marketing pre-shoot or post-shoot.

You can order the IMOTO Facebook Marketing product before your shoot takes place, or you can order it after your photo shoot is complete.

1. Log into your IMOTO account.

2. Click on Place Order and fill out your listing details.

3. When you get to the products screen, add a photo shoot and/or video product to enable the Facebook marketing product. (A photo shoot or video is required.) Add Facebook Marketing to your cart with the toggle button.

3. A pop-up will appear.

You are prompted to add a headline for your ad, as well as square footage, beds, and baths (circled in red in the example below).

You are also required to select when you want to activate your ad. You can find more information on Ad Activation here

  • If you choose "Launch Ad as soon as the photos are ready," IMOTO will immediately start running your ad when your photos are delivered to you after your shoot. This is a good option if your listing is going live right away.
  • If you choose "I will manually activate the campaign when I'm ready," then you must manually activate your ad through your order history when you are ready for viewers to see your ad on Facebook. This is a good option if your listing is not going live right away.

Please be aware that your ad is created and delivered through the Facebook Business Manager platform, so you will NOT get the opportunity to review your ad before it goes live (you can view it after it is live through the IMOTO Virtual Tours Facebook page, however you cannot make edits). Additionally, ordering Facebook Marketing before your shoot takes place, you will not get to choose the photos in the ad. If you'd like to choose the photos in the ad, please order Facebook Marketing after the shoot is complete. For more information on the ad format, click here or view examples on the IMOTO Virtual Tours Facebook page.

4. Choose your level of ad using the dropdown next to the Facebook Marketing product. The three levels are based on the number of days that the ad will be live.

  • Level 1: $25 for 3 days (Links to the free branded virtual tour)
  • Level 2: $50 for 6 days (Free upgrade to the Premium Virtual Tour)
  • Level 3: $100 for 14 days (Free upgrade to the Premium Virtual Tour)

5. Complete your order by selecting your date/time/photographer, and choosing your payment method.

6. Complete the photo shoot!

7. Your ad is ready as soon as your photos are delivered to you.

  • If you chose to "Launch Ad as soon as the photos are ready," your ad will start running as soon as the photos are delivered to you!
  • To Manually activate your Facebook Marketing product, go to your Order History in your IMOTO account. You will see a blue bar below the photo on the order that says "Click here to start your Facebook campaign." Once you click the link, you will see that the ad is activated. (Note: you may need to refresh your page after you click the link). For details on how to manually activate your ad, view this article.
