Customer Service:

The IMOTO office is currently OPEN during the business hours of 8:30am - 5pm CST. Our customer service representatives are ready to help you with your orders and can be reached by email (contact@imotophoto.com) or phone (888-316-8897).

If you need to cancel or schedule a shoot during non-business hours, you can do so online through your IMOTO account, or you can send an email to Contact@IMOTOphoto.com or leave a message with our answering service by calling 888-316-8897.

Photo Shoots:

We are currently OPEN and photographing listings in ALL IMOTO markets. For a full list of available appointments, please create your order on IMOTO.com or call customer service to inquire about availability. 

Safety and Precautions:

In order to ensure the safety of our photographers, our customers and their clients, we are asking all photographers, agents and homeowners to comply with the following requirements:

  1. All parties present at the shoot must wear masks, including the agent, homeowner, and photographer.
  2. All parties present at the shoot should maintain social distancing throughout the entire shoot. 
  3. Photographers will not go through the process of reviewing the photos after the photo shoot unless they have a tablet, in which case they will show you the photos from 6+ feet away.
